If you’ve seen players walking around with Stands that look a little different from usual, they’ve got one of the Bridger Western Stand Skins. There are also Shinies in Bridger Western, which are even rarer.

Find out which Stands are worth getting a skin for with my Bridger Western Stands Tier List.

Bridger Western Skins

Skins are cosmetic items for your Stands. It’s like a brand-new outfit for them. From the looks of it, Stand skins do not offer any additional benefits, such as new abilities or stats. It’s all for cosmetic purposes, so there’s no real need for one, but at least they look cool.

How to Get Stand Skins

As of right now, there is only one way of getting regular skins for your Stands, but if you want a Shiny, then it involves something else entirely.

Stand Rerolls

One method is to reroll for a new Stand, as this grants you a 5% chance of getting a Stand Skin, too. This counts for the Stand Reroll Developer Product, Corpse Parts, and Arrow Shards.

I only recommend doing this if you’re not happy with your current Stand. There’s no point rerolling your favourite Stand just for the sake of a skin, since there are other ways to do so.

To note, Shinies are not obtainable via Stand Rerolls, at least not right now.

How to Get Shiny Stands

The only known way to get Shiny Stands is by trading with other players. During the exchange process, there is a 1% chance for the Stand to turn into a Shiny. The easiest way to do this is by trading with the same player continously, as you swap your Stands back and forth.

What Are Shinies?

Just like in Pokemon, Shiny Stands feature alternative colour palettes from their original counterparts. As of right now, it is unknown if Shiny Stands have any other differences from regular Stands, other than how they look. Even in Pokemon, Shinies do not have any additional abilities, as it is all purely cosmetic.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do You Need a Skin For Your Stand?

Nope, it doesn’t really matter at the end of the day. They’re just cosmetics that have no other benefits for your Stand. You can show them off as you wander around in Bridger Western, but they make no difference in combat.

The same goes for Shinies, as they are just like skins, but rarer.
