How to Awaken Stands in Morioh High
There are three ways of awakening a Stand in Morioh High, all of which differ in difficulty and time. I’ll start with the easiest method and end with the more tedious one.
As there are multiple rarities of Stands, ranging from Common to Legendary, the one you get is random. So, even after all that work of trying to awaken one, you might end up with a pretty naff Common one.
Get Knocked Out By Another Player
This method is by far the easiest, though the chance of getting a Stand is set at 20%. All you need to do is fight against other players and get knocked out. Once knocked out, you’ve got a 20% chance for your Stand to be awakened. You’ll know exactly when you unlock it, as a cutscene plays to show which one you got.
Even with a 20% drop chance, you just need to get knocked out a lot, which can get tedious, but at least it’s simple.
Complete Occult Research Club Missions
Completing missions from the Occult Research Club also grants a 20% chance of awakening a Stand. This counts for every mission you complete, as long as you’ve picked it up from the board at the Occult Research Club.
While it shares the same drop chance as the first method [being knocked out by other players], these missions grant additional rewards no matter what. So, if you’re a little bit bored of being defeated, pick up some of these missions to stock up on rewards whilst potentially awakening a Stand.
Use a Stand Arrow
This is the most difficult method, mainly due to the fact that Stand Arrows are an incredibly rare item to find. However, upon use, you are guaranteed a random Stand. The tricky part is actually finding a Stand Arrow, as they randomly spawn on the map.
If you’re lucky enough to pick one up, you need to wait for the progress bar to reach 100% before your Stand is awakened. The thing is, if another player finds you with the Stand Arrow, they can take it, which stops your progress bar. The goal is to defeat them to retrieve the Stand Arrow before their progress bar reaches 100%; otherwise, you’ll have to wait for the next Stand Arrow to spawn.
How to Get a Stand Arrow to Spawn
For a Stand Arrow to spawn, there have to be at least 3 players on the server. This is an easy requirement to meet, as most servers have more than 3 players at one time. But the more players there are, the more competition there is to find the Stand Arrow. Only one Stand Arrow spawns at a time, and if everyone is hoping to get a Stand, you’re not the only one searching for it.
