How to Get All Six Fischfright 3 Rods
Some of the Fischfright rods require you to complete Rituals, which can be unlocked by collecting Roses during the Fischfright event.
Doomsekkar Rod

During the fishing minigame, pumpkin bombs spawn, which increase the Progress Speed whenever a fish goes near. These pumpkin bombs also have a chance to give fish the Doomsekkar mutation
Obtainment
Speak with the Doomsekkar NPC at Caustic Hallow, near the Webridden Cavern.
He gives you 3 quests to complete before you are rewarded with the Doomsekkar Rod:

Obtainment
The Omniscient Spinecaster is obtainable once you’ve completed the Omniscient Ritual. To unlock this Ritual, you first need to do the Eldritch Ritual. Once you’ve done that, you need to have reached at least Hex Stage V.
The next requirement is to collect 1x Boglin Jagged Bone, 1x Doomsekkar Jagged Bone, 1x Dutchman’s Curse Jagged Bone, 1x Omniscient Soul, and 1x Omniscient Bone for the Skeletal Hands.
Then, you need to make Jack-o’-Lantern offerings with:

Once you’ve completed these quests, you get 1K Treats, which you can spend by purchasing the Webweaver Rod from Winston.

To get the Dutchman’s Rod, you need to activate the Dutchman’s Blessing Ritual. The Boglin Ritual has to be completed beforehand, and you need to reach Hex Stage III by placing Witch Ingredients in Beatrix’s Cauldron.
Collect a Grim Skull, Vile Skull, and Doomed Skull for the Skeletal Hands. These 3 skulls are obtainable by fishing in Frightful Pools.
You are then required to make the following Jack-o’-Lantern offerings:

To get the Boglin parts, you need to complete Goblin Challenges on any difficulty. They are not a guaranteed drop, so you’ll have to farm these challenges when Goblins spawn every 5 minutes.

Head to Caustic Hallow to speak with Beatrix at her Cauldron. You can place Witch’s Ingredients in the Cauldron, which increases your Hex Energy depending on the type of ingredient you add.
Once you reach 10 Hex Energy at Hex Stage I, you can collect the Eldritch Rod as a reward by speaking with Beatrix again.
