7 Days Cat Sitting seems simple. Just look after the cat, you were told. Maybe if they’re mentioned the faces in the window, the evil granny, or the toilet monster you might not have taken the job. (A lot of Roblox horror jobs seem to be like that, just look at working in the Anomaly Cafe.) Still, if you’re here to read our 7 Days Cat-Sitting walkthrough, you probably want to know how to get through the week, and maybe how to unlock the game’s many endings.
7 Days Cat-Sitting Walkthrough
Okay, now to talk about what to do.
The Basics
No-one said cat-sitting was glamorous.
In 7 Days Cat-Sitting, you are cat-sitting for seven days. (I’m sure your mind is already blown.) Each day you’ll need to attend to the needs of Whiskers the Cat, collect the mail, keep yourself alive, and contend with dreadful cryptids. The basic tasks for each day are more or less the same.
Take cat food out of cupboard.Put cat food in Whiskers’ bowl.Open the door to the laundry room, if closed, and clean Whiskers’ litter box with a small minigame once it’s been used.Take the laser pointer in the living room and play with Whiskers until the blue bar fills up. (It will restart if you aim the pointer too far away.)Open the front door and go outside to get the mail from the mailbox.Once inside, look the door.Open the refrigerator and take out the microwave dinner.Close the fridge.Warm the dinner in the microwave.Eat the dinner.Go to bed.
Things get a little more complicated when events happen. Weird things will happen. When they do, you can get some idea on how to handle it by taking a picture of the anomaly and sending it to the owner using your phone.
Just in case this glitches out though, like it did in our test gameplay at least once, we’ve detailed below how to handle the different weird happenings.
How To Deal With Each Event
Yeah, she seems trustworthy.
Below you’ll find each of the strange events, things not related to the routine above, and detail what to do about them.
The Void
Signs
The mailbox has disappeared and you can only see darkness outside.
Solution
Close all the blinds in the house.
The Tall Man
Signs
A tall, gangly individual just appeared in the hallway.
Solution
Open your phone and take a photo of him. He’ll disappear.
Granny
Signs
Someone is knocking at the door. If you look you’ll see an old woman peering through the door.
Solution
Stay away from the hallways until you hear the knocking stop.
Toilet Monster
Signs
There’s a head sticking out of the toilet.
Solution
Flush the toilet.
Human Cat
Signs
Whiskers appears to have a human head.
Solution
Stare at the cat for a few seconds.
Window Looker
Signs
There’s a pale face gazing in through one of the windows.
Solution
Close the curtains.
Godzilla
Signs
Godzilla starts walking along the street.
Solution
Turn on the TV to put it to sleep.
HIDE
Signs
The word ‘HIDE’ flashes on your screen. A grating sound starts playing.
Solution
Get away from the door and head into one of the back rooms and close the door.
How To Get Every Ending
There are currently over twenty different endings in 7 Day Cat-Sitting. Nearly all of them are bad, but they all have different badges attached, so you might want to unlock them all. You can unlock each one as follows.
Canon Good Ending
Last the seven days, take care of Whiskers, complete your tasks, and handle all the threats to get the good ending.
Unfinished Business
Neglect to feed Whiskers one day and you’ll wake up to find them a ghost haunting the house. This is exactly what most cats think will happen if you feed them ten minutes later than usual.
Uh Oh Stinky
God to be without cleaning the litterbox. You’ll awake to find the house has turned into a biohazard. Not sure Whiskers’ cat food agrees with them.
Ancy
If you don’t play with Whiskers, you will invoke his wrath.
Evicted
Go to bed without checking the mail and the house will get repossessed. Literally you’ll wake up on an empty plot. Bank works fast these days.
Intruder Alert
Got to bed without locking the front door. Someone will get in.
Starved
Go to bed without eating an you’ll instantly turn into a skeleton. Just like the cat.
I See You
If you go to bed while something is looking through the window, it may find its way in.
Fired
Go to bed with the stove turned on and you’ll way up to see the house on fire. Luckily Whiskers seems fireproof and unfazed.
Cya Later
Go to bed with the door open and Whiskers will make a bid for freedom. That should be kind of obvious, really.
Blackhole
Get the laser pointer and point it in a tight circle so the cat spins around super fast, enough to break the laws of physics and disappear into a black hole. Good luck explaining that one to the owner.
Screen Time
Go to bed with the TV on and something strange will happen.
Peek A Boo
Let the tall figure in the hall go about its business and it may come visit you during the night.
Lights Out
Leaving the lights in the room you’re in on when you hear something knocking on one of the doors inside the house.
Not My Cat!
Going to bed while Whiskers is wandering around with a human head turns out to be a bad idea.
Voided
Go to bed when there’s Void outside. (Darkness covering the windows, with no mailbox available.) You’ll awaken to find everything consumed by The Void. Whoops.
Misplaced
If you see a piece of furniture where it’s not supposed to be and go to bed without investigating, you get this ending. I don’t know, maybe it eats you.
Catzilla
Let Godzilla make its way to the end of the street and it’ll blow everything up.
Down The Drain
If you find a head sticking out of the toilet and don’t flush it, the rest of the body might climb out during the night.
Pranked
Open the back door…wait, there wasn’t a bad door when you started.
Granny Is Here
Let the terrifying looking granny in and she’ll take you away. Why did you decide to do that?
Found You
Neglecting to hide when you’re told to hide will get you found.
Cold As Ice
Leave the fridge open and go to bed. You’ll way up to find frost all over the house and Whiskers frozen in a big ice cube. Maybe we can thaw him out…?
Awww… SO CUTE
Pet Whiskers 100 times and he’ll be so happy he’ll launch through the ceiling. Not sure if that’s good or bad.
