Fast-growing Costa Coffee and Pita Pit franchisee, Sim Trava, will be adding a trio of new Costa outlets to its existing 26 store portfolio, creating 25 jobs in the process. The £12.75 million business will be opening three new stores over the next few weeks – with two opening in the Fulwood and Buckshaw Village areas of Lancashire, and the third in Monton, in the Eccles area of Greater Manchester.
