Both Helion and Lunara share the same base stats, combat type, and element, so how do you decide which is the best starter in Aniimo? What sets them apart are their traits and skills. Ultimately, it doesn’t really matter which one you choose first when you start Aniimo, as they’re both pretty similar, but in my opinion, one is slightly better than the other.

As for how good they are overall, take a look at my Aniimo Tier List to find out where I’ve ranked Helion and Lunara.

Aniimo Best Starter

Personally, I’d recommend picking Lunara, though Helion is still a good choice. The main reason I’ve gone with Lunara, though, is its skills. From Lunar Eclipse, which deals a high amount of Break DMG, to Lumin Bolts, targeting multiple enemies at once, Lunara is pretty strong on the battlefield, especially in the early game.

When attacking enemies with the Lumin Bolts skill, Lunara inflicts them with Fox Marks, which causes the Moon Impact skill to deal AoE DMG. Ultimately, Lunara’s skills focus on dealing damage to multiple enemies.
