Lionsgate has debuted the official trailer for an action thriller movie titled Battle Cabin, originally known as Northspur, a New Zealand made post-apocalyptic survival thriller. This originally premiered back in 2022 and is a pandemic script about a post-pandemic world and people fighting for their homes. Alas this looks like direct-to-video trash because it is direct-to-video trash! Four years after being finished, Lionsgate is dumping this on VOD in the fall to watch. In a violent, post-pandemic world, a peace-loving man is forced on a desperate journey to find life-saving drugs for his wife – but to get them he must first help an ornery old man defend his cabin against all-comers. This stars Josh McKenzie (from The Hunting Party, La Brea, The Twelve), Delaney Tabron, Michael Hurst, Kali Kopae, Rama Marrow, Nell Fisher, and Marshall Napier.
