Animal Hospital Best Items
The items you should save your coins for.
Gun
It works similarly to the Taser, but can be used 20 times instead. The thing about the Gun item is that you can accidentally hit a patient, which means you and your team need to stop everything you’re doing to help them.
How to Get
From Shift 1, you can use the Gun. It’s one of the more expensive items from the Supply Shop, costing 400 coins. It’s also purchasable from Reception for 99 Robux. If you unlock the Secret Agent class, you start with a Gun.
Chocolate
Eating chocolate replenishes more of your Sanity than a coffee. Taking one bite of the chocolate replenishes 20% of your Sanity and can be bitten three times, allowing you to regenerate 60% of your Sanity in total.
How to Get
To obtain Chocolate, you can purchase it from the Supply Shop for 120 coins or in Reception for 29 Robux.
Taser
The Taser is a useful weapon to use against entities. Upon use, the entity is immediately stunned. It’s recommended to use a Taser to stun entities rather than trying to do it yourself, as it’s much faster and reduces the chance of you being attacked.
How to Get
Available once you reach Shift 3, you can get it for free or purchase it from the Supply Shop for 150 coins. Like the Fire Extinguisher, you can take the Taster back to its original location so another teammate can use it.
A standard Taser has a singular use, but there are others that can be used more than once, costing 250 coins from the Supply Shop. If you select the Security class, you start the game with a Taser.
Other Items
Just because I don’t class these items as the ‘best’, they’re still useful if you have the spare coins or if they are necessary, such as the Fire Extinguisher.
Coffee
When you use coffee, you replenish 5% of your Sanity. There’s a chance to replenish up to 15% of your Sanity by drinking the coffee three times. Once empty, the item disappears.
How to Get
To get a coffee, you can either purchase a cup from the Supply Store or you can wait patiently at the coffee machine in Reception. The Standard Coffee Machine brews a new cup every 3 minutes, and the Large Coffee Machine takes 5 minutes to brew. Only one player can take a coffee once it has brewed; other members of the party must wait for the next one.
Run Fast Cola
Drinking Run Fast Cola does exactly what it says: it makes you run fast. This effect lasts for 30 seconds and only counts toward your running speed.
How to Get
You can get Run Fast Cola once you reach Shift 3. It costs 75 coins from the Supply Shop or 19 Robux outside of the shop. If you play as the Paramedic class, you start with Run Fast Cola, which increases with your class level.
Fire Extinguisher
If a fire is active, you or a teammate can use a Fire Extinguisher to put it out. Only one player can hold the Fire Extinguisher at a time, so if another player wants it, you’ll have to take it back to its original location, where it can also recharge.
Using a Fire Extinguisher is the quickest way to put out a fire, and each time you use it, the Charge is depleted. However, the Fire Extinguisher is also used to defeat puddles of slime and Hiders.
How to Get
When you start Shift 3, you can find the Fire Extinguisher outside the Supply Shop. It’s free to use, but requires Charge.
