My VV Ultimatum Spirit Charm Tier List ranks them all from best to worst, with their effects, debuffs, and level requirements. So far, I’ve only ranked the Tier 4 and Tier 3 Spirit Charms in VV Ultimatum.

VV Ultimatum Spirit Charm Tier List
With Spirit Charms, you unlock passive abilities, but some inflict you with debuffs, too.
S Tier
A Song of Fire and Thunder [Tier 4]
Effect:
When your AP is above 1.25x, your melee attacks are infused with flames, increasing your damageIf your AP is above 1.2x, your Kido attacks inflict enemies with Thunder, increasing the stun effectIf your Maximum HP is below 25%, there’s a chance for your melee attacks to inflict enemies with the Scorch debuff. Your Kido attacks also have a chance to inflict enemies with Electroshock

Haze of Death [Tier 3]
Effect:
Your critical attacks inflict enemies with the Cursed debuff
Requirement:
Level 15
Quick Grit [Tier 3]
Effect:
When you land 3 different attacks [must be non-barrage] on the same enemy within 5 seconds, you smite the enemy, increasing your damage by 40% on the next attack
Requirement:
Level 15
Struggler’s Spirit [Tier 3]
Effect:
When you land three basic attacks when your HP is below 25%, your strength increasesYou take 20 less DMG when your HP is below 25%

Level 35
Soul Snatcher [Tier 3]
Effect:
Landing Kido abilities on an enemy whose HP is below 11% activates ‘Soul Snatcher’, which knocks out enemies after a few seconds
Requirement:
Level 15
A Tier
Aura of Terror [Tier 3]
Effect:
Manual Spiritual Pressure is replaced by an AoE attack, inflicting enemies with a status effect, dealing 3.5% Maximum HP damage
Requirement:
Level 50
Flawless Swordsman [Tier 3]
Effect:
If you deal damage without being hit, you build ‘Perfection’, increasing your damage up to 15%. Once your stacks are at half or more, your damage turns into fire damage
When you are hit or if you leave combat, you lose all of the stacks, with a cooldown of 10 seconds until you can build ‘Perfection’ again
Requirement:
Level 15
Last Man Standing [Tier 3]
Effect:
If an ally is knocked within 90 meters of you, you can siphon the HP of the enemy who attacked them, replenishing your own HP, but all types of regen are reduced by 50%
Requirement:
Level 15
Raid Boss [Tier 3]
Effect:
Gain a stack of Battle Fever for every nearby enemy, which you lose for every nearby ally. Each stack of Battle Fever increases defense by 5% and damage by 3%
3 stacks = Weaker version of Curtain Call4 stacks = Gain immunity to movement speed debuffs5 stacks = When Lifesteal is at 30%, it doubles7 stacks = M1 attacks frequently proc Perfect Flash
Requirement:
Level 35
Shonen Syndrome [Tier 3]
Effect:
Yell out the name of the move you’re going to use, upgrading the move by 2 levels, capping at level 6
There is a 20-second cooldown between each upgrade

Undying Soul [Tier 3]
Effect:
When you are defeated, you unleash a second wind, but once your HP drops to 0, you cannot resurrect
Requirement:
Level 15
B Tier
Adrenaline Junkie [Tier 3]
Effect:
Upon hit, you gain 1% output up to 110%
If you do not hit, or get hit, for 30 seconds, it returns to 100%
When you are hit, you lose 1% output, capping at 10%
Requirement:
Level 15
Await the Opening [Tier 3]
Effect:
You inflict Posture Break when parrying, but your parries are worth 50% more Posture damage
Requirement:
Level 15
Blazing Spirit [Tier 3]
Effect:
When you parry a basic melee attack, your blade is engulfed with spirit flames, temporarily increasing your damage by 10%, but if your melee attacks are not infused with spirit flames, you deal 2% less damage
Requirement:
Level 20
Curtain Call [Tier 3]
Effect:
When your Reiatsu is at 100%, your basic attacks have Lifesteal, but you don’t passively replenish Reiatsu
Requirement:
Level 15
Kill Confirmed [Tier 3]
Effect:
Knocking the enemy leads to their heads being blown off, but this reduces your output by around 5%
Requirement:
Level 15
Ruler’s Gaze [Tier 3]
Effect:
Manual rushdowns activate ‘Geoss’, which stops the enemy in their tracks, granting you a chance to inflict a follow-up attack
You cannot use Geoss on the same enemy twice
Requirement:
Level 15
Warrior’s Spirit [Tier 3]
Effect:
Basic attacks deal 17.5% more melee damage, but you cannot flash step or perform a manual rushdown
Requirement:
Level 15
Ultimate Sacrifice [Tier 3]
Effect:
When you pop your Aura, your strength increases, but you build Aura slowly
Requirement:
Level 15
C Tier
Heavenly Restriction [Tier 3]
Effect:
Your physical attacks deal up to 35% more damage, scaling with your level. You are also guaranteed to proc the Kill Confirmed effect with critical attacks. Additionally, your movement speed increases up to 15, and your Kido defense scales with your level, but you cannot use abilities
Requirement:
Level 20
D Tier
Blademaster [Tier 3]
Effect:
Basic attacks with blades inflict enemies with stacks of deep gashes, but you deal 90% less damage3 stacks of deep gashes deal 110% more damage
Requirement:
Level 15
The Incapable [Tier 3]
Effect:
Your innate base output goes up to 105% depending on your level, which can increase to 120% based on how much HP you’re missing. It also unlocks a reliquary, which glows depending on how much HP you’re missing
You cannot use transformations or abilities exclusive to races, Hollow Traits are disabled, and you cannot battle against Racial Progression bosses
Requirement:
Level 40
