Sword x Staff Fantomon Tier List
Fantomons are like pets for your companions. They have their own abilities to unleash in battle, as well as useful passives that add to your offence and defence.
S Tier
Aegiswing
Passives:
Radiant Sanctuary
Grants the equipped character with Guardian Angel for 3 turns. When the buff disappears, 50% of the character’s HP is replenished and grants the Power Unsealed buff for the rest of the battle
Bright Conviction
Reduces the amount of DMG taken from Taunted enemies
Mandragora
Passives:
Natural Power
Techniques that are used on allies replenish the HP of the target
Pandarial
Passives:
Ink Burst
The cooldowns of all Techniques for 1 turn are reduced at the start of the battle. They also receive a DMG boost for the rest of the battle
Emerald Dew
Replenishes the HP of all allies within 4 grids at the start of the turn
A Tier
Armopi
Passives:
Armor Protection
Grants 1 stack of DEF Up after the caster’s turn. When there are 3 stacks, a shield is summoned, based on the caster’s DEF stat
Boaro
Passives:
Mountain Protection
When the caster loses 15% of their Maximum HP, a shield is summoned based on the DEF stat of the caster
This passive can activate up to 5 times during the same battle
Herbote
Passives:
Emergency Aid
If the caster has less than 80% HP at the start of a turn, they replenish HP, and there is a 50% chance to dispel a random debuff or status ailment
Nyxarchon
Passives:
Requiem Blast
When a Damaging Technique is used to attack enemies, Dark DMG is dealt to the target and all enemies within 2 grids. There is a 100% chance for 1 stack of 10% DEF Reduction to be inflicted for 2 turnsThe DEF Reduction debuff can stack 3 times
This passive can activate twice every 2 turns
Death Star Scatter
Defeating an enemy deals Dark DMG to all enemies within 2 grids
Terragon
Passives:
Sandstone Shot
When a Damaging Technique is used, Physical DMG is dealt, and there is a 50% chance to reduce the target’s Attack by 25% for 1 turn
This passive can activate once per turn
B Tier
Cabbage Dog
Passives:
Just Nap
After the caster’s turn, 1 stack of Sleep is inflicted, and it can stack up to 7 times. Once there are 7 stacks, Sleep disappears and inflicts Pava instead
Both of these debuffs cannot be removed
Kels
Passives:
Purging Spell
When enemies are attacked with a Technique that deals DMG, Water DMG is dealt to a target and dispels 1 buff at random
This passive can only happen once during the same battle
Sylvaerie
Passives:
Wind Embrace
The Attack stat and Speed of the caster increase for 1 turn after their turn ends
Zeioletus
Passives:
Lotus Step
After a Damaging Technique is used, Light DMG is dealt to the target and all enemies within 1 grid, knocking them into the air. The DMG dealt increases towards larger targets
This passive can activate twice every 2 turns
C Tier
Chomusuke
Passives:
Just a Kitty?
Whenever a character is a Technique which deals DMG, Chomusuke grants the character an extra attack, which deals Physical DMG to all enemies within 1 grid of the target. There’s a 50% chance of reducing the target’s DEF by 15% for 1 turn
This passive can only happen once during a battle
Falko
Passives:
Golden Flash
When enemies are attacked with a Technique which deals DMG, Physical DMG is dealt to the target and all enemies within 1 grid
