How to Complete the Trouble in Paradise Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Starting the Quest
Initiating the Trouble in Paradise quest will require you to speak with Daisy once you have reached Friendship Level 2 with her and accomplished all the prerequisites. Speaking to Daisy will reveal that she would like to spend some time with Donald and requires your assistance in getting some items and helping them to have a great time.
Bring Mochas to Daisy
Upon speaking with Daisy, she will tell you to bring the drinks that she ordered from Remy. Go and speak with Remy to get the drinks and he will give you two Mochas. Now, go to Daisy’s House to find Daisy and Donald. Speak to Daisy to hand over the Mochas.
Clean Daisy’s House
Donald has accidentally made a mess inside Daisy’s House. There will be 4 stains and 3 Broken Flower Pots you need to clean using the Royal Tools. For the Stains, equip the Royal Watering Can and water the stains to clean them, and for the Broken Flower Pots, use the Royal Shovel to dig them away.
Gather Materials for Donald
After cleaning Daisy’s House, it seems Donald is avoiding Daisy. Speak with Donald to learn that he just wanted to build a new wardrobe for Daisy. He will give you a list of materials he needs to make the wardrobe.
5x Dream Shards – Obtained from digging the sparkling spots on the ground, feeding critters their favorite food, and removing Night Thorns.
25x Hardwood – Foraged near the trees in the Sunlit Plateau, Glade of Trust, Forest of Valor, and Frosted Heights biomes.
6x Tinkering Parts – Obtained by crafting at the Crafting Station.
4x Iron Ingot – Obtained by crafting at the Crafting Station.
Upon gathering all of the required materials, go and speak with Donald to hand him the materials.
Plant and Harvest Ingredients for Daisy
As Donald is gone to build Daisy a wardrobe, go and speak with Daisy to learn that she wants to cook a carrot cake for Donald. She will tell you to gather the freshest ingredients for her to prepare a carrot cake. You need three following ingredients for the carrot cake and you must get all of them by planting and harvesting on your own.
3x Sugarcane – Purchase Sugarcane Seeds from Goofy’s Stall for 5 Star Coins each at the Dazzle Beach. Plant them anywhere in the Valley and water them. Wait for 7 minutes for them to grow mature to harvest Sugarcane.
3x Wheat – Purchase Wheat Seeds from Goofy’s Stall for 1 Star Coin each at the Peaceful Meadow. Plant them anywhere in the Valley and water them. Wait for 1 minute for them to grow mature to harvest Wheat.
6x Carrot – Purchase Carrot Seeds from Goofy’s Stall for 10 Star Coins each at the Peaceful Meadow. Plant them anywhere in the Valley and water them. Wait for 15 minutes for them to grow mature to harvest Carrots.
Upon planting and harvesting all the required ingredients for the carrot cake, go and bring the ingredients to Daisy.
Completing the Quest
After bringing the ingredients to Daisy, go and check on Donald. He is finished with the new wardrobe for Daisy and you need to follow him to Daisy and listen to him as he gives her his gift to Daisy. Lastly, speak to Daisy to conclude the quest.
