Exploring the Realm of Embervale will let you discover new Landmarks and Enshrouded places around various regions which will help you get exquisite materials easily. As the world map of Embervale is not small, it can take hours to explore all the regions. However, areas can be covered quickly if you use a Glider from a high point.

In this guide, we’ll tell you how to get the Glider in Enshrouded.

How to Get the Glider in Enshrouded

The earliest Glider that players can get in Enshrouded is a simple glider that can only be crafted on Workbench. Unlike other starting items and tools, players must first build and place the workbench within the vicinity of Flame Altar to craft Glider.

The recipe for Glider is unlocked automatically after building the Workbench and the following resources are needed to craft it.

8x Shroud Wood

2x Animal Fur

2x String

2x Shroud Spores

Shroud Wood is obtained by cutting the infested trees within the Enshrouded Areas around the world map. Animal Fur is obtained by looting dead animal bodies. Nearly all the animals have a chance of dropping Animal Fur. The string is obtained by crafting using Plant Fiber which is obtained from harvesting the plants and bushes. Lastly, Shroud Spores are gathered by slaying the demons within the Enshrouded areas. Each enemy has a chance of dropping one or two Shroud Spores.

Once you have gathered the required resources, go and interact with the workbench to find the Glider under the Survival section. Select the Glider and press the Spacebar to craft it. After that, open the Character menu and select the Glider Icon on the left side to equip the Glider on the character.

After equipping the Glider, you will be able to use the Glider by pressing the Spacebar key while in the air. Landing with the Glider open will have no fall damage so you can freely use the glider without any fear of dying from great heights.
