Obtaining Talents in Wagarashi offers up a range of boosts for your character! Whether they be element DMG buffs, an increase to your movement speed, or reducing cooldown times. Some Talents are rarer than others, but the most useful ones depend on which you feel you need. Not everyone cares about Wisp DMG boosts!
