The new Metroidvania-style Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown offers a lot of environmental puzzles that are required to be solved for both to progress ahead and unlock more areas of the biomes. It is one of the main aspects of the Prince of Persia franchise that’s been kept alive in the latest title and the very first main puzzle that players will be required to solve for progression is the Waterwheel Puzzle.

Waterwheel Puzzle Location
The Waterwheel Puzzle is located beneath the Lower City which players will get to reach as a part of the ‘Lost in Mount Qaf’ main quest. Once players get the objective of finding Menolias in the Forest, they will have to go through The Haven area to reach an underground area of the Lower City.
How to Solve Waterwheel Puzzle in Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown
Upon reaching the Waterwheel Puzzle, it will require players to open the door ahead by pulling the handle located on the wall above the door. Players will have to turn the wheel using the pressure of the water to swing on the poles to reach the button to pull it down.
Follow the following steps to solve the Waterwheel Puzzle.
Jump on the lower pole and then swing to the left side to get on the higher pole.
Jump on the handle on the left side of the wall to grab it and then jump to the right and use the sword to turn the handle.
Now, stand on the left button to drop a pressure of water to turn the wheel until the lower pole gets to the top.
Go to the right side and jump on the pole on the small gear from the stairs. After that, jump on the pole on the wheel and then jump to the top pole, and then use the sword to turn the second handle.
Stand on the right button to turn the wheel until the pole on the gear gets higher and the pole on the wheel gets lower.
Jump on the lower pole and then continue jumping on the poles to reach the handle on the wall to open the door.
Upon going through each of the steps correctly, the door will be opened and it will conclude the puzzle.
