Hunger Pains is a hidden quest found in Kilima Valley that players will be able to start only if they have a Blueberry in their inventory. The quest can be found outside of the Night Sky Temple and it requires players to drop off a Blueberry. A mysterious creature is hungry for some blueberries and players must find out what it wants to eat.

How to Complete Hunger Pains Quest in Palia
Players can find the quest outside of the Night Sky Temple entrance after completing a few starting main quests of the game. Once a shiny drop-off point appears at the entrance, the quest can be started by dropping a Blueberry on it. Blueberry can be obtained by growing it on your own using the Blueberry Bush Seed in the garden.
Upon obtaining a Blueberry, players need to go to the drop-off point and press the F button to drop a blueberry. Doing so you will receive a letter in your mailbox outside of your plot area from a Mysterious Blueberry Lover. Read the letter to start the quest and you will get the objective to find out what the creature wants to eat.
Go to Dalila and talk to her if she knows anything and she will tell you to leave a Blueberry Pie at the entrance of the Night Sky Temple. Now, you can make the Blueberry Pie on your own using the correct ingredients or you can also get it by completing the Friendship Level 3 quests for both Nai’o and Dalila.
Once you have got the Blueberry Pie in your inventory, go to the entrance of the Night Sky Temple to find the drop-off point for the Blueberry Pie and then interact with it to place the pie and conclude the quest.
