Rainbouillabaisse is one of the new 5-star Entrée Meals added with the A Rift in Time expansion of Disney Dreamlight Valley. Players can make this Meal for themselves to restore a high amount of Energy or they can make it to gift it to any other character in the Valley. However, this recipe is exclusive to the owners of the expansion as it requires some ingredients that are limited to the new world, Eternity Isle.

Ingredients Required For Rainbouillabaisse
As Rainbouillabaisse is a 5-star Meal, you will have to get 5 different ingredients for it. Most of the ingredients are obtained from Eternity Isle and the rest of them are obtained from Dreamlight Valley. All the required ingredients for the Rainbouillabaisse are mentioned below.
1x Any Seafood (Shrimp, Clam, Scallop, Lobster, and Squid)
1x Rainbow Trout
1x Tomato
1x Any Vegetable
Prisma Shrimp is obtained by fishing in the Gold Ripples in The Grove area of Wild Tangle. For the Seafood Ingredient, you can get any type of seafood. The easiest ones to get in the early game are Shrimp, Scallops, and Clams. All three of them can be found on the Dazzle Beach biome. You just need to go to Dazzle Beach and you will find several Shrimp, Scallops, and Clams on the beach.
Rainbow Trout is obtained by fishing in the White Ripples in the Peaceful Meadow and the Forest of Valor biomes. Tomato can be purchased from Goofy’s Stall for 33 Star Coins in the Dazzle Beach biome. For the last ingredient, you can use any kind of vegetable.
Making Rainbouillabaisse in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Once you have obtained all of the required ingredients, go to any Cooking Station and access it. Add the ingredients manually by dragging and dropping them into the Cooking Pot or go into the Recipes and select the Rainbouillabaisse Recipe. After that, select the Autofill function to add all of the ingredients and then click on the “Start Cooking” option to cook a Rainbouillabaisse. It will consume 1 Coal Ore to cook the Rainbouillabaisse.
Consuming Rainbouillabaisse will generate 4,174 Energy and it can be sold to Goofy at one of his stalls both in Eternity Isle and Dreamlight Valley for 2,000 Star Coins.
