The Rocky Start is a Friendship Quest for Hassian that players will get to start after reaching Friendship Level 2 with him. The quest requires you to help three villagers around Kilima Valley to assure Hassian that you are helping around the village.

How to Complete the Rocky Start Quest in Palia
Upon starting the quest for Hassian, you will get the objective to help three different villagers around Kilima Valley. You need to go to the following villagers and complete their respective quests to help them.
Chayne – Rocky Start: Carrot Cares
Auni – Rocky Start: Something Sweet
Zeki – Rocky Start: Shop Support
Talking to Chayne about any required assistance will start the Carrot Cares sub-quest requiring you to bring a Carrot Seed to Badruu. You can get the Carrot Seed from the General Store. Bringing the Carrot Seed to Badruu will conclude the sub-quest and mark the first help in the main quest.
Continue ahead and talk to Auni if he requires assistance with anything, He will tell you to bring something sweet for him. There are several sweet items that you can find around the world map. If you have any item in your inventory, give it to Auni or get a Sweet Leaf from Bahari Bay and give it to him to complete the sub-quest.
Lastly, talk to Zeki to start his sub-quest which only requires you to buy anything from his store. Go to the General Store and buy anything from the store and then go back to Zeki to conclude the sub-quest.
After helping around the villagers, go back to your plot area to find Hassian. Talk to Hassian and go through the dialogues to conclude the quest.
