A Rift in Time DLC offers multiple new biomes from which players can get new ingredient items used to prepare new food recipes. Bamboo is one of the new Vegetables introduced with A Rift in Time expansion of Disney Dreamlight Valley. Players can consume Bamboo to regenerate energy or use other ingredients to make a meal at a cooking station.

How to Get Bamboo in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Bamboo is obtained from foraging it as it is found on the ground in the Wild Tangle biome of Eternity Isle. Eternity Isle is a New World exclusive for the A Rift in Time expansion, meaning players will first have to buy the A Rift in Time expansion to get the Bamboo.
Once players have access to the Eternity Isle, they need to progress in the main Expansion Quests to repair the bridge during The Sands in Hourglass quest for Jafar. It will allow players to go to the starting area of Wild Tangle and unlock its further areas that have Bamboo using Mist.
The Wild Tangle biome is located on the east side of Eternity Isle and the following areas have Bamboo.
The Grasslands – Pre-unlocked
The Grove – Unlocked using 4,000 Mist
The Promenade – Unlocked using 6.000 Mist
The Lagoon – Unlocked using 10,000 Mist
Foraging the Bamboo will give 1x Bamboo each and it will take some time for the Bamboo to reappear in the wild. Bamboo can also be sold at Goofy’s Stalls both in Eternity Isle and Dreamlight Valley for 40 Star Coins. It is also one of the favorite food items of Capybara so, if you want to befriend any kind of Capybara, offer it some Bamboo, and it will become your companion.
