A Rift in Time DLC offers multiple new biomes from which players can get new ingredient items used to prepare new food recipes. Cumin is one of the new Spices introduced with A Rift in Time expansion of Disney Dreamlight Valley. Players can consume Cumin to regenerate energy or use other ingredients to make a meal at a cooking station.

How to Get Cumin in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Cumin is obtained from harvesting the Cumin Plants found in the Ancient’s Landing biome of Eternity Isle. Eternity Isle is a New World exclusive for the A Rift in Time expansion, meaning players will first have to buy the A Rift in Time expansion to get the Cumin.
Once players have access to the Eternity Isle, they will reach the Docks area, the starting area of the Ancient’s Landing biome. Players can explore the area to find the Cumin Plants to harvest them to get Cumin but as players progress ahead, they would have to unlock the rest of the areas of the biomes using Mist to harvest more Cumin.
The Ancient’s Landing biome is located on the south side of Eternity Isle and the following areas have Cumin Plants.
The Docks – Pre-unlocked
The Courtyard – Unlock during The Flying Metal Nuisance quest for Jafar.
The Overlook – Unlocked by using 6,000 Mist
The Ruins – Unlocked by using 10,000 Mist
Harvesting the Cumin Plants will give 1x Cumin each and it will take some time for the Cumin Plants to regrow in the wild. Every area of The Ancient’s Landing has several plants so you will be able to farm Cumin easily if you have access to all of the areas. Cumin can also be sold at Goofy’s Stalls both in Eternity Isle and Dreamlight Valley for 15 Star Coins.
