Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora offers two different kinds of weapons, Na’vi and RDA. Na’vi weapons are the traditional weapons in the game and you will use them more often due to the ability to craft their ammo frequently. However, the RDA weapons are one of the strongest weapons in the game especially, the Shotgun in close-range combat.

How to Unlock the Shotgun Weapon in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora
The Shotgun Weapon is found inside a weapon cache inside the RDA Gas Harvester Alpha site located in the Silk Wood area of the Kinglor Forest region. It is the starting region of the game and players will get to Sabotage this very RDA facility in one of the main story quests named ‘The Eye of Eywa’
Pursue the quest until you have reached the facility and complete the objectives to successfully sabotage the facility. Once you have completed the mission, there will be a weapon cache alongside other caches in the Control Center. The weapon cache will be locked and you have to unlock it using the SID tool.
Equip the SID and scan the lock of the chest to start hacking it. Complete the process of hacking with SID to unlock the chest and search it to unlock the Shotgun.
The players can miss this very weapon cache while completing the mission but players can always come back to this Gas extraction site to unlock the Shotgun later in their adventure.
