Crafting in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora

There are two types of crafting mechanics in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, basic and stationary. The basic crafting can be done anywhere even while moving and in combat to craft various types of arrows for your bow, whereas stationary crafting requires a Crafting Table where you craft all of the gear items and weapons.

To do the basic crafting of arrows, you need to hold the Q button and select the weapon in the quick inventory slots for which you want to craft the arrows. You can press the C button to change the recipes of arrows and then hold the E button to craft the selected arrows using the required materials. The standard arrows only cost sticks whereas the special arrows that inflict certain status effects will cost specific Flora (Plants). Make sure that you have gathered the required materials for the recipes of the arrows that you are using to quickly craft them whenever you run out of them.

To do stationary crafting, you need to interact with the Crafting Table that can be found at the camps of Na’vi Clans and Resistance HQ. Hold the E button to interact with the crafting table and view the gear items and weapons that you can craft. If you have any new design or recipe for one of the armor pieces, it will have a glowing orange dot on it. Select to see whether the design that you have is better than the previous one or not. If it is better, select the gear design of that gear item and press the Spacebar Key to craft it. However, you do need certain types of materials for crafting the design of gear items so, make sure that you have the necessary materials before crafting them.

Upon crafting the new gear item or a weapon, you can equip them directly from the bench or the Character menu. It is better to keep checking the crafting table to see if you have any new armor or weapon available as new armor and weapons can provide you with great advantages.
