Henry has the ability to haggle or bargain prices of the goods from any vendor or trader in the Kingdom of Bohemia. Whether you are trading at a vendor or acquiring some services from Bathhouse, you can haggle. As you initiate a trade and select the goods you wish to purchase or sell, you can haggle before confirming the transaction. Press the Square Button (PS5) to initiate the haggle process. Here you will see a bar with the actual price and two points. The top point shows the highest price and the bottom point shows the lowest price for that good.
However, you cannot simply reduce the bar to the lowest price point and expect the trader to agree on that. You have to be reasonable with the price whether you are purchasing or selling. So, you always need to start at a bit lower than the actual price, it will show you how the trader reacts to your price.
If the trader is not that mad and suggests you raise the price a bit higher, then you can purchase or sell the goods on the next point. However, if the trader disagrees, you have to raise the price a bit more so that he does not cancel haggling. If the trader cancels the haggle, you will not be able to haggle with that trader for quite some time. Moreover, you will also lose some reputation.

There are multiple ways to improve haggling in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 which can help you get better prices for the goods. One of the simplest ways to get better prices is to have high Charisma. If you wear good and clean clothes, the trader will slightly give you better choices. The best way to get better prices is to improve your Speech Stat and acquire the perks that influence haggling. Some of the best perks for haggling are as follows.
Silver Tongue: You get a +4 Speech bonus when haggling, making it easier to negotiate better prices.
Artisan: You can sell and buy weapons, armour and clothing at a 10 % better price.
Final Offer: When a merchant loses his patience while haggling, instead of calling off the deal altogether, he’ll give you one last chance to offer a fair price.
You can level up in the Speech stat by speaking with the NPCs in the game. The more you speak, the quickly the stat will increase and you will get the chance to unlock perks.
