Cool Striker: Buy it at the Casino at the Castle for 40,000 chips.
Devil Killer: Purchase it at the Gambling Hall at the Castle for 5,600 points.
Extra Balanced Frame: Get it at Yokobori Golf Center for 2,560 gold points.
Super Balanced Frame: Find it on the top floor of the Gambling Hall (Yotsudera Kaikan) Building, on the south side where there’s an item pickup on the building across. Use Spider to grab it.
High Torque Motor Mark II: Use Locker Key H5 to find it on the top floor of the Gambling Hall (Yotsudera Kaikan) building, behind the blue counter.
Killer Bee: Use Locker Key I5 to find it at the Castle, in the fighters lounge (available at Silver rank) on a towel shelf north of the bar.
Super Slick Tires: Use Locker Key E5 to find it at the Castle, in the Gambling Hall. Go up the first stairs into the southwest corner, then look at the ground near the dividers.
These are all the effective Pocket Circuit Parts that you can mix and match to make your Race Car compete better than all of the rivals to finish 1st to quickly gain points and earn money.
