2024 is coming to an end and it was a good year for the Disney Dreamlight Valley including several new content updates, new characters, improvements, events, a new DLC, and many bug fixes. Despite the game having hours of content for players to uncover and countless crafting recipes to craft and decorate, there are still some improvements that are missing which can make the gameplay experience more pleasant. Here are the top 5 changes that we need in 2025 in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Top 5 Changes That We Need in 2025 – Disney Dreamlight Valley

The following changes mentioned below are some of the most requested improvements from players and fans in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

1. Search Bar for Meal Recipes

Disney Dreamlight Valley offers a long and ever-growing list of meal recipes. Every new major update adds a few and a new DLC adds numerous meal recipes to the list. The only improvement that has been made is ordering the recipes alphabetically. It is nice and easy to track, but again with a long list, it is more time-consuming for players to scroll through the list to find a recipe. A search bar for players to search for a recipe with its name and ingredients is the perfect solution to make cooking activity more enjoyable.

2. Cooking Menu Sorting and a Separate Tab for Restaurant Operations

In addition to the search bar to find the meal recipe, the cooking menu also needs some adjustment. The major adjustments are the separation of meals exclusive to the DLCs. With all meal recipes merged into one, it creates confusion among players figuring out which recipe is exclusive to which DLC.

Moreover, players who are doing Restaurant Operations to serve villagers with their orders can also use a separate tab to keep track of the orders. With a separate tab of orders, players can easily cook the required meals for the villagers, maintaining high accuracy.

3. Furniture Menu Sorting

There are thousands of furniture items in Disney Dreamlight Valley that are well sorted by the type of furniture. Moreover, there is also a search bar available to find any furniture item. However, this still makes things a bit difficult to figure out for finding furniture items that are exclusive to the DLCs. Similar to the breakdown of meal recipes from DLC, the Furniture Items from DLC need a breakdown as well. There should be a separate tab for the furniture items from the DLCs.

4. Potions for Blue Fishing Circle

One of the most requested changes for quite some time is the new Fishing Potions for the Blue Circle. The Fishing Bait and Even More Miraculous Fishing Bait potions are only for Gold Pools. With these potions, you can only turn white pools into gold pools. There should be something that turns white pools into blue pools as well.

5. Options for Changing Weather

Another one of the most requested changes that has been circulating around the community is the ability to change the weather, especially for DreamSnaps. The weather options like toggling on/off rain, thunderstorm, snow, etc. will help players a lot in completing DreamSnaps. Moreover, it will also allow players to decorate a biome uniquely to a certain weather.

Let us know what you think of these changes and what are the changes that you would like to see in the next year.
