How to Complete Down to Earth Quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Starting the Quest

To start the Down to Earth quest, players must first complete the Fine Arts for Warthogs quest for Pumbaa and reach Friendship Level 7 with him. After that, the quest will be available to start by speaking to Pumbaa.

Gather materials for the Meteor Shower Pamphlets

Pumbaa informs you about the sighting of a purple star and wants you to prepare for a rare meteor shower. Gather the following materials to craft the Meteor Shower Pamphlets.

5x Pink Houseleek – Forage from the ground in the Sunlit Plateau biome.

8x Red Bromeliad – Forage from the ground in the Sunlit Plateau biome.

10x Dry Wood – Spawn near the trees in the Sunlit Plateau, Frosted Heights, and Forgotten Lands biomes.

After gathering all the materials, go to any Crafting Station and craft 4 Meteor Shower Pamphlets. You can find the recipe for pamphlets under the Functional Items tab of the crafting station.

Give the Meteor Shower Pamphlets to Astronomy Club members

After crafting the pamphlets, go and give the pamphlets to the Astronomy Club members who are as follows.

WALL-E

Prince Eric

Buzz Lightyear

Tiana

Upon distributing the pamphlets, go back to Pumbaa and speak with him.

Place the Merlin’s Spare Telescope

Speaking to Pumbaa will give you Merlin’s Spare Telescope that you need to place anywhere in the Valley. Open the Furniture Menu and navigate to the Requests section to find the telescope. Now, place it anywhere in the Valley and interact with it.

A memory shard will drop on the ground. Pick up the memory shard to see what it reveals. Once done, go and speak to Pumbaa about the memory.

Go to Memory Locations and search for Meteorite Fragments

After speaking to Pumbaa, go to the first location of memory, Skull Rock Island on Dazzle Beach. Once there, pick up the Meteorite Fragment to unveil another memory shard. Pick it up to reveal the second location. The second location of memory is in the Forest of Valor. You can reach the location by going to the northeast side of the biome past the wooden bridge.

Pick up the second Meteorite Fragment to find the third memory shard. The final location shown by the memory is beside Scar’s Cave in the Sunlit Plateau biome. Go and pick up the final Meteorite Fragment, and speak to Pumbaa about the Meteorite Pieces.

Gather the materials to fix the meteorite

After finding all the meteorite pieces and speaking with Pumbaa, you need to gather the following materials to fix the Meteorite.

3x Meteorite Fragment – Quest item.

3x Gold Ingot – Craft at the Crafting Station.

12x Glass – Craft at the Crafting Station.

Upon getting all the materials, go to any Crafting Station and craft the Meteorite in Glass. You can find this recipe under the Furniture tab of the crafting station.

Decorate for the meteorite showcase

After crafting the Meteorite in Glass, decorate the Valley with the following items.

1x Meteorite in Glass

1x Rug

6x Seating

Open the Furniture Menu and navigate to the Requests section to find all eligible items for decoration. Place any rug on the ground and then place the Meteorite in Glass on top of it, and then place any six seating items around it.

Once done, take a picture with all members of the Astronomy Club. Listen to the conversation between Timon and Pumbaa. After their conversation, speak to Pumbaa to conclude the quest.
