Unlocking Lalini Ledeno merchant for Business in Star Wars Outlaws will require completing the Rejected Intel mission for which you have to find a certain password. However, getting the password to open the shop can be tricky as you might not know where to look.

Where to Find the Password for Intel: Rejected Mission in Star Wars Outlaws
Lalini doesn’t do business outside of his friends’ group and for you to make him a permanent merchant, you need to find a couple of individuals in the Mirogan Market area and eavesdrop on them to figure out the password.
After speaking with Lalini initially, go to the Upper Level of Mirogan Market and go to the northwest corner to come across a bar with blue lighting inside.
NOTE: The bar that you need to go to is on the upper level, there is a similar bar on the lower level as well but there will be no one to eavesdrop on.
Enter the bar and go to the bench on the right to get a prompt to eavesdrop on the two guys talking in the bar. Keep listening to the conversation until you hear the word ‘Arlo’. Once done, go back to Lalini and speak with him to get two options. Select the ‘A friends of Arlo’ option and Lalini will open his shop for you concluding the intel quest and allowing you to trade with him.
TIP: If you increase your Reputation rank to Good/Excellent with the Crimson Dawn faction, Lalini will give you a decent discount on various items.
