Bronze Ingot is one of the essential refined metals in The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria which you are required to get to unlock the possibilities of crafting new weapons and building structures. However, unlike regular metals such as iron and steel, Bronze isn’t easy to come by as it is an alloy of Tin and Copper.
This guide will help you get Bronze Ingot in The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria.
How to Get Bronze Ingot in The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria
Similar to other ingots, Bronze Ingot is obtained from a Furnace, but since it is an alloy of Tin and Copper, you must first build and place a Bellows near the Furnace. Bellows is an upgrade for the Furnace and it allows you to smelt advanced metals and alloys. Building a Bellows will cost you the following materials.
4x Steel Ingot
8x Elven Wood
4x Hide
After placing down the Bellows, the next step is to gather the essential materials for Bronze Ingot which are Tin and Copper ores.
Where to Find Tin and Copper Ores in Return to Moria
Before you head out to the mines in Elven Quarter, make sure that you have upgraded the Pickaxe to Steel upgrade otherwise, you won’t be able to mine Copper and Tin ores. Once done, head out to the deeper areas of the mines and start looking for Copper (Green and Red/Orange veins) and Tin (Grey and Red veins).
Upon finding the copper and tin veins, start mining the ores to gather a decent amount of them.
TIP: Craft the Adventurer’s Pack for more inventory space to store more ores in your inventory.
Craft the Bronze Ingot in Return to Moria
After gathering the Tin and Copper ores from the mines, head back to the base to craft Bronze Ingots at the Furnace. Interact with the Furnace and select the Bronze Ingot recipe to see the required materials. Each Bronze Ingot will cost 3x Copper Ore and 3x Tin Ore, and don’t forget to add Coal to the furnace for fuel.
Select the Bronze Ingot to add it to the queue and wait for 45 seconds. Once the Bronze Ingot has smelted, pick it up from the Furnace and store it in your inventory or in a storage chest. Several crafting recipes require Bronze Ingot including a key item called Lóni’s Key that is used to unlock Lóni’s Akhfur Chest.
