Clover Retribution Cooking Magic
Yes, you can now use your own cooking as a magic type in Clover Retribution! It takes inspiration from food and cooking processes, as you can probably imagine.
Cooking Magic Moves
The main highlight of the new Cooking magic is the sheep that you can summon in battle – it even wears a cute chef’s hat! This sheep companion fights alongside you in combat. Your hot bar features 6 new base moves:
Cooking Sheep
Summons a sheep that can attack enemies and cook food for buffs
Brawling Sheep
Summons a giant sheep that attacks the enemy
Culinary Call
Choose from a range of dishes that provide buffs
Wooly Wham
A strong attack that slams into the enemy
Hoof Hurl
A powerful kick!
Sheep’s Fury Flambe
Culinary Call
The Culinary Call move opens up a small menu of dishes to choose from such as ‘Meat and Might’, ‘It’s That Shrimple’, ‘Layers of Power’, and ‘Cake’s Got Your Back’. These plates of food provide different buffs, so choose wisely depending on how the battle is going.
For example, ‘Cake’s Got Your Back’ heals your character! It summons a few portions of the food onto the ground, which you can interact with to consume. Take note that only the Cooking Sheep can use this move.
Brawling Sheep
By activating this ability, you summon yet another sheep. But this time, it’s a giant one! The Cooking Sheep remains on the field even when the Brawling Sheep joins in. This larger summon uses the Wooly Wham and Hoof Hurl moves to deal damage to the enemy.
