Beginning your adventure in the Fields of Mistria will start with a small farming plot in front of the house, where you can fulfill your farming qualities by growing and harvesting various crops. However, due to the small farming plot size, you might run short on space for all the crops and trees for the season.
This guide will help you increase the farming plot size in Fields of Mistria.
How to Increase the Farming Plot Size in Fields of Mistria
Unlike the other structural upgrades in the Fields of Mistria, your Farming Plot doesn’t require any specific upgrade to increase its size. Instead, it can be enhanced on any day if you have the shovel tool. The shovel allows you to dig the land and remove the grass, and If you use it on the land in front of your house, it will remove the grass making the land ready for tilling before you plant the seeds.
Players can get the Worn Shovel from the General Store for 500 Tessarae or they can craft the Copper Shovel themselves at the Blacksmith. However, crafting the shovel will require players to first unlock the Mines and then mine the Copper Ores to turn them into Copper Ingots at the Forge outside of the Blacksmith’s Shop.
Regardless of any method you choose to get the Shovel, use the Shovel on the land in front of your house to enlarge the farming plot size or even make separate farming plots.
