“The war has begun.” Netflix has debuted another new teaser trailer for a series titled Kaos, described as a “modern day contemporary retelling of Greek mythology.” This looks brutal and kinda scary! In Kaos, Jeff Goldblum is Zeus, the King of the Gods. All-powerful, cruel, occasionally benevolent… he has no idea that the plot to take him down has begun. From the writer of “The End of the F*cking World” and the producers of Chernobyl. Kaos is a mythological dark-comedy series created by Charlie Covell – available for streaming at the end of August coming soon. The series revolves around six humans as they discover their connection to each other and to a long standing ancient prophecy while they deal with corrupt and arrogant gods of the Greek mythology. The cast features Goldblum as Zeus, Janet McTeer as Hera, Cliff Curtis as Poseidon, David Thewlis as Hades, Killian Scott as Orpheus, Debi Mazar as Medusa, and Nabhaan Rizwan as Dionysus.
