Tycoon RNG Prestige Guide – Should You Prestige?

Tycoon RNG Prestige Guide

Do you need to prestige your tycoon? If you want Relics, yes! But is it worth it? After all, if you choose to prestige your tycoon, you lose all upgrades and all of your cash so far.

How to Prestige

To start off, let’s go over how you prestige your tycoon in the first place. Your tycoon must be at max level, which is level 10. This requires a lot of saving up and passively earning an income. I recommend going AFK and leaving the game running to accumulate more money over time! That and obtaining new and improved machines for your tycoon, as they increase the efficiency and income of your business.

Once your tycoon reaches level 10, your next upgrade option is to prestige it. As you can imagine, the cost of prestige your tycoon is very expensive. You prestige by opening up the Upgrades box as you usually would, and instead of increasing the level, you select ‘Prestige’.

What Prestige Does

You lose your upgrades and cash, but you unlock access to the Relics system! Luckily, all of your machines remain in your inventory, so you don’t lose them at least. It’s certainly a price to pay for it, but if you’re already at endgame, you might as well. I’ve written a full guide on the Tycoon RNG Relics if you’d like to learn more about the feature in detail.

After hitting ‘prestige’, you can choose 1 Relic card of the 3 available on your screen. It’s essentially a reward for reaching the prestige level! Following on, you’ll see that your tycoon is now at level 1 again. With the machines you already have in your inventory, you should be able to upgrade your tycoon much quicker than your first time. It helps if you have rare and powerful machines!

When restarting at level 1, make sure to prioritise maximising your income as quickly as possible. Look for machines that increase the value of your ores and have a decent drop rate!
