Data Chip Fragments is an Exclusive Quest for Bunny that players will unlock after completing the In Search of the Relic quest. Unlike the first three quests for Bunny, this quest will require you to gather Chip Fragments by activating a Void Fusion Reactor and eliminating the Elite enemies, instead of just finding a record.

How to Complete the Data Chip Fragments in The First Descendant
Starting the Quest
The Data Chip Fragments quest is initiated by speaking to Anais after completing the In Search of the Relic quest. After finding the record in Echo Swamp, go to Albion and speak with Anais who will task you with finding Data Chip Fragments.
Activate Void Fusion Reactor
For the first objective of the quest, you need to head to the Vermilion Waste area in the Agna Desert region and activate the marked Void Fusion Reactor. Activating the Void Fusion Reactor will require the following Void Shards.
12x Organic Void Shard
3x Inorganic Void Shard
Both of these types of Void Shards are obtained from destroying the Void Fragments vulnerable to Fire Attribute. You must switch to a Descendant with Fire Elemental damage (Lepic) and start destroying the Void Fragments in the Agna Desert. It will take about destroying 3 to 4 Void Fragments in total to get the required number of Void Shards to activate the Void Fusion Reactor. Once you have the required number of Void Shards, go back to the Reactor and activate it.
Defeat Duplicate Enhanced Power Drakkul
An elite enemy Commander named Duplicate Enhanced Power Drakkul will spawn upon activating the Void Reactor Fusion. Defeat Duplicate Enhanced Power Drakkul to get the Data Chip Fragments. The Duplicate Enhanced Power Drakkul is a powerful enemy indeed and it will take several blows before it is dusted so keep the pressure on him by continuously attacking him with your weapons and skills.
After defeating the elite enemy commander, make sure to interact with the dropped Reconstructed Device to open an Amorphous Material.
Return to Anais
Once you have obtained the Data Chip Fragments, go back to Albion and speak with Anais. Select the Data Chip Restoration option to conclude the quest and Anais will fill you up on the next step of Bunny’s questline.
