Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree offers 5 different regions in the Realm of Shadow that players will get to explore throughout the story of the DLC. However, before you fully explore the regions, it is best to get the map fragments of each region to spot and find the hidden areas of the regions. One of the mid-game regions that players will get to reach is Rauh Ruins but its map fragment is certainly not accessible from the area which might confuse players.

How to Get the Rauh Ruins Map Fragment in the Shadow of the Erdtree
The Rauh Ruins map fragment is located in the Rauh Base area instead of the Rauh Ruins area. To get to the Rauh Base, you need to enter a cavern area located northeast of the Highroad Cross Site of Grace.
Once you are at the Highroad Cross Site of Grace, follow the guided steps below to reach the map fragment location.
Head to the cavern area located northeast of the Highroad Cross Site of Grace. The cave entrance is behind a headless statue.
Keep on going along the path in the cave until you reach a golden tree. Turn right from here and go ahead to reach a swamp.
Go to the left and stick to the wall to eventually exit the swamp area and reach Rauh Base.
As you go a bit ahead, there will be a Site of Grace that you can pick up.
Continue straight ahead on the path avoiding the two giant enemies and you will reach the Rauh Ruins map fragment location.
The only confusing task is to get to Raugh Base, after that, you just have to traverse straight on the path to pick up the map for the Rauh Ruins.
