To order a merchant to craft an item, navigate to the Service section of the merchant to view all the available crafting recipes. How to Unlock the Crafting Recipes in Dark and Darker
Now, another essential thing to mention is that you don’t have all the crafting recipes for all the merchants available from the start, instead, you will have to unlock the recipes by completing the quests for the merchants. The quests for the merchants change weekly and as you complete the quests, newer quests will unlock providing you with more precious rewards including new crafting recipes.
