Groundswell, a leading charity dedicated to tackling health inequality, has launched a campaign to address long-term health conditions, specifically diabetes, for individuals experiencing homelessness. The campaign coincides with Diabetes Awareness Week, which runs from June 10th-16th. According to statistics, more than one in five people experiencing homelessness live with diabetes.
