Palia’s new patch (0.180) introduces a brand new Building Blocks system to the game that allows players to place various types of Building Blocks to create creative structures around their Housing Plot. These structures can be anything from simple to complex like platforming puzzles. However, players must first have to get the Building Blocks to start placing them to create something unique.

This guide will help you how to get the Building Blocks in Palia.

How to Get the Building Blocks in Palia

There are currently 12 Building Blocks added to Palia with 0.180 patch and getting all of them will require players first to get their recipes. The recipes for all of the Building Blocks are obtained from the Cash Register in the City Hall. All of the recipes for Building Blocks cost 100 Gold except the Builder’s Large Wood Crate and Builder’s Large Stone Crate as both of these recipes cost 400 Gold each.

Builder’s Small Wood Crate – 100 Gold

Builder’s Large Wood Crate – 400 Gold

Builder’s Wood Floor – 100 Gold

Builder’s Wood Pillar – 100 Gold

Builder’s Wood Ramp – 100 Gold

Builder’s Wood Wall – 100 Gold

Builder’s Small Stone Crate – 100 Gold

Builder’s Large Stone Crate – 400 Gold

Builder’s Stone Floor – 100 Gold

Builder’s Stone Pillar – 100 Gold

Builder’s Stone Ramp – 100 Gold

Builder’s Stone Wall – 100 Gold

Upon getting the recipes for Building Blocks, players can craft them at the Worktable. The wooden building blocks require Sapwood Planks to craft them and the stone building blocks require Stone Bricks to craft them. The crafting recipes for all of the Building Blocks are the following.

1x Builder’s Small Wood Crate – 5x Sapwood Plank

1x Builder’s Large Wood Crate – 20x Sapwood Plank

1x Builder’s Wood Floor – 5x Sapwood Plank

1x Builder’s Wood Pillar – 5x Sapwood Plank

1x Builder’s Wood Ramp – 5x Sapwood Plank

1x Builder’s Wood Wall – 5x Sapwood Plank

1x Builder’s Small Stone Crate – 2x Stone Brick

1x Builder’s Large Stone Crate – 8x Stone Brick

1x Builder’s Stone Floor – 2x Stone Brick

1x Builder’s Stone Pillar – 2x Stone Brick

1x Builder’s Stone Ramp – 2x Stone Brick

1x Builder’s Stone Wall – 2x Stone Brick

Once you have crafted the Building Blocks, you can place them down like the regular customization items. Simply equip them from the inventory to go into the building mode and you can use various building blocks to create a unique platforming stage around the Housing Plot or make a simple wood/stone structure.
