Fallout 4: How to Get the Heavy Incinerator Weapon

The Next Gen Update of Fallout 4 contains a ton of new content for players to uncover along with the new Power Armors and Weapons to find that all are ridiculously fun and powerful. One of the new powerful weapons that players can get as early as possible is the Heavy Incinerator which is just hard to swap after using it for the first time.

This guide will provide you with information on how to get the Heavy Incinerator weapon in Fallout 4.

How to Get the Heavy Incinerator in Fallout 4

The Heavy Incinerator is a Flame Thrower Weapon recently added in Fallout 4 with the Next Gen Update and it can be obtained from two different locations. The first and main location to get the Heavy Incinerator is by picking it up inside the Smelter located in the Saugus Ironworks factory. It is located on the eastern side of the map in the Commonwealth. Players will be able to reach this location during a new quest named Crucible.

For the second location, players can get the Heavy Incinerator by killing an Enclave Hellfire Trooper at the Atlantic Offices which is located in the Glowing Sea region of the map. However, for this, players will have to pursue another new quest named Echoes of the Past.

Since Heavy Incinerator is only obtained from these quests, the first method is a guaranteed way of getting yourself a Heavy Incinerator. It is because the quest itself is related to the Heavy Incinerator and the last objective of the quest is to pick up the Heavy Incinerator from the Smelter.

The Crucible quest is a very straightforward quest that will require you to clear the ironworks factory to gather clues about how to get the Heavy incinerator weapon. After gathering the clues, you will have to turn off the molten metal by pressing the button beside the crucible and then move the crucible using the Smelter Console.

Once done, you will be able to find the blueprint for Flame Resistant Armor Leg mods that you can craft and put on your Power Armor to step inside the Smelter to pick up the Heavy Incinerator.

NOTE: If you try to step in the smelter without the Flame Resistant Armor Leg mod equipped, you will die instantly.

The Power Armor Station is located inside the factory so go ahead and interact with it to start crafting the Flame Resistant mod for each Armor Leg. Select the Left and the Right Armor Leg and switch to Misc. Mod to find the blueprints. Crafting each Armor Leg will require the following materials.

5 Adhesive

6 Asbestos

6 Ballistic fiber

3 Rubber

However, since it is a part of the main quest, regardless of the materials at your disposal, you can craft both Flame Resistant Armor Legs for free. After crafting the Flame Resistant mods, the only thing left to do is to pick up the new Heavy Incinerator weapon.
