In a game about rolling auras and Persona-style combat, it’s easy for less important materials to have some obscurity to them. And, if you’re anything like me, you started Unscathed, picked up the first craft quest, and had no idea where to find Cloth.
Fortunately, I’ve figured it out, and now I’m here to quickly tell you how to get Cloth in Unscathed, as well as any other important crafting tidbits you may benefit from knowing.
Let’s get into it.
How To Get Cloth in Unscathed
You buy Cloth from the Inkeeper NPC for $150.
Similar to the GaG Shop NPC, the Inkeeper restocks globally every 5 minutes, so he may not have any to sell you.
And, when Cloth is in stock, he may only provide one unit, or if you’re lucky, he will have multiple for sale. Fortunately, you aren’t in competition with other server members, and the stock that the Inkeeper shows to you is what is available TO you.
(Global restock: Inkeeper may restock x2 Cloth, meaning all players can buy a maximum of x2 Cloth from the Inkeeper on this restock.)
Note: Cloth is a common restock item, so you have a decent chance of buying it on each restock.
Why You Need Cloth
Alright, now let’s get into the inspiration behind my guide for Cloth, a seemingly simple material…
The first crafting quest from the Blacksmith requires forging Wraps, a wrist accessory that applies +10% Luck when worn. To make it, you need to invest x1 Cloth, x1 Legendary, and x1 Epic. Pretty simple.
The Legendary (1 in 32) and Epic (1 in 16) are easy, as these are Auras with common pull rates. However, without exploring the rest of the map, it’s easy to miss the memo on where you get Cloth from.
Luckily, once you’ve made it to the Inkeeper and gotten familiar with his stock, other crafting quests don’t seem as confusing.
How To Earn Cash
Cash is the main currency of Unscathed, and is a common reward throughout the game. You can get Coins from the following:
Selling Auras
Selling Auras is the quickest way to stockpile Cash and is a renewable grind. Open Settings, press Aura Filter, and set any you don’t need to Sell to automatically exchange them for Cash.
Completing Quests
Quests come in two forms: Daily and Weekly, with the latter taking longer, but giving better rewards and more Cash. Check the Quests board to see what’s available to you, and speak to any NPC with a yellow exclamation mark above their head to grab new quests.
Battlepass
At certain tier increments, you’ll earn a sum of Cash for reaching that level.
Achievements
One-time rewards with big payouts.
Finding Cash
You can sometimes find pocket change on the floor, in the central area of the main island. It’s only ever in small quantities, but it’s better than nothing.
