I just want one thing to be possible.” Row K Entertainment unveiled an official trailer for Charlie Harper, a modern romance film from filmmakers Tom Dean & Mac Eldridge. This premiered at the 2025 Toronto Film Festival last year to mostly good reviews, with a release set now a full year later in September 2026. Will it find an audience? Emilia Jones and Nick Robinson star as the lovers Harper and Charlie trying to figure out their relationship. Reviews state: “Charlie Harper may not redefine the genre, but it certainly earns its place among the more sincere depictions of young love and should be a hit with young audiences.” Harper and Charlie try to build a life together. While Harper strives to carve out a career as a chef, Charlie is stuck. Facing challenges in their relationship, they struggle to prove they are meant for each other, but will their love be enough? “An impressive debut from Eldridge and Dean as filmmakers, Charlie Harper speaks to the beauty and emotional brutality of love.” The cast also includes Nicholas Cirillo, Virginia Tucker, Sebastian Delascasas, and Ja’Quan Henderson.
