This time he snagged Brad Pitt for his leading man taking a break from Statham. This dog movie + survival adventure will arrive in theaters nationwide this September. A former Army Special Forces soldier and his retired combat dog, Odin, attempt to return to civilization after a plane crash out in the Alaskan wilderness. They are forced into a brutal fight for survival against the elements. This new movie is an intense adventure thriller that explores the unbreakable bond between a man and his best friend as they face their greatest battle yet. Starring Brad Pitt and his doggie, with J.K. Simmons and Anna Lambe. Even though it’s set in Alaska, this was shot entirely in New Zealand at various national parks & locations in that country.
