VV Ultimatum Quincy Progression [Schrift, Letzt Stil, Sanrei Glove]

With the VV Ultimatum Quincy Progression steps, it can feel like a bit of a drag at first. This is because you need to reach level 25 before you can even do anything as a Quincy in VV Ultimatum.

Think of it like this: in some ways, progressing as a Quincy is simpler than the VV Ultimatum Hollow Progression, at least.

VV Ultimatum Quincy Progression

Quincy players can’t progress until they reach level 25, which is when they unlock the Soldat Cap headpiece. When progressing as a Quincy, you need to complete missions given by the Lieutenant NPC. Missions can either be 1-star, 2-star, or 3-star. The higher the star, the more progress you make.

Each time you complete a mission, you need to head back to the Lieutenant to speak with him. Select the “Report task” option to hand in the mission, granting you Progression EXP.

The Sanrei Glove

Once you’ve progressed enough, the Lieutenant asks you to obtain the Sanrei Glove. To get the crafting recipe for this item, you need to head to Wandenreich. The recipe itself costs 300 Soul Tokens.

With the Sanrei Glove, you can meditate or hold the E key to activate your Letzt Stil. Once you unlock your Schrift after progressing further as a Quincy, you won’t need to use the Sanrei Glove anymore.

To craft the Sanrei Glove, you need to collect:

2x Strange Essences1x Broken Quincy Medallion1x Frost Alloy

Frost Alloy

Frost Alloy is another craftable material. The required items are:

2x Frostvein Shards
Dropped by mobs in the Arctic Plain
1x Great Soul Essence
Crafted with 5x Soul Essence and dropped by Hollows in the Outskirts
1x Spirit Alloy
Crafted with 2x Soul Essence and 1x Dark EssenceCan be purchased from a merchant in the Arctic Plain, specifically in the Everwhite Enclave

Strange Essence

To get Strange Essence, you need to defeat the alternate variants of Hollows. They’re usually blue in colour. The item won’t drop each time, but if you farm these enemies, you’ll get some in no time.

Broken Quincy Medallion

There are two ways of getting a Broken Quincy Medallion. The first is by farming Rogue Quincy Archers; however, the drop chance for the medallion is around 1%.

The second method is by defeating the Rogue Quincy Commander who resides in the Arctic Plains. What makes this method difficult is that Quincy NPCs protect him. You need to get through them first before tackling the Commander.

Unlike the Rogue Quincy Archers, upon defeating the Rogue Quincy Commander, you’re guaranteed the Broken Quincy Medallion.

Evolved Spirit Weapon

After obtaining the Sanrei Glove, your next task is to complete missions until the Lieutenant rewards you with your Evolved Spirit Weapon.

This section will include more information once more progress has been made in-game

Meditation

With the Sanrei Glove, you can now meditate. Once you have your Evolved Spirit Weapon, the next quest is to meditate around 3 to 5 times with a Max Reiatsu of 70.

Defeat Securis

The last step is to go to the Arctic Plains to defeat Securis upon the Lieutenant’s instruction. After fighting against Securis, you unlock your Schrift, which removes the requirement of the Sanrei Glove when activating your Letzt Stil.
