Inspired by Viviano Westwood from Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean, the Bizarre Lineage Planet Waves Stand has proved a hit. How to Get Planet Waves in Bizarre Lineage
To unlock the Planet Waves Stand, you need either a Meteorite Arrow or a Lucky Arrow. As you can imagine, this Stand has a fairly low drop chance when using Lucky Arrows, especially since it is of the Legendary rarity.
With a Meteorite Arrow, you are guaranteed the Planet Waves Stand, with a small chance of getting a Planet Waves Skin.
In my personal opinion, I recommend trying to gather the required items to craft Meteorite Arrows, whilst passively collecting Lucky Arrows. Use the Lucky Arrows as soon as you get them, and if the Planet Waves Stand doesn’t drop, you can continue working towards the Meteorite Arrow. It sounds simple enough, but Meteor Fragments and Mysterious Arrows are rare drops, so it might take a bit of time.
Meteorite Arrows
Acquiring Meteorite Arrows requires you to collect Mythical-rarity Meteor Fragments, which have three methods of obtaining, and Mysterious Arrows. With these items, you can visit the Gupta NPC to craft Meteorite Arrows. You only need one of each for a single arrow.
Meteor Fragments can be dropped from the Prison Escape Raid, and when defeating Viviano, however, there’s also a chance that they’ll drop when opening Legendary Chests. The rarity of the fragments proves how tricky it can be to get them in the first place.
As for the Mysterious Arrows, there’s a chance to obtain them from the Prison Escape Raid, the Death 13 Raid, and The World Over Heaven Raid. Mysterious Arrows can be used in a variety of crafting recipes, including Deep Dive Arrows, the Death 13 Tarot Card, and a secret rarity item, The Singularity.

Lucky Arrows
Lucky Arrows are much easier to get, to a point. You can randomly find Lucky Arrows across the map, but they can also appear in Legendary Chests. They have a chance to drop from any raid, or you can purchase them with the Raid Tokens you get when participating in the raids themselves.
This type of arrow unlocks a new Stand, as well as a guaranteed Stand skin. If you want to know which rarity of skin you get, pay close attention to the colour of the arrow. If it glows yellow, it’s a Common rarity skin; if it’s a Blue glow, then it’s a Rare skin, and if it’s glowing purple, it’s a Legendary rarity skin.
