Unlocking the Sailor Piece Cosmic Being Melee Spec

The Sailor Piece Cosmic Being spec is a true test of patience. With the addition of the Sea 2 map, there’s a ton of new content in Sailor Piece, including rollable Bloodlines.

The second new spec in the Sea 2 update is Dio’s melee style, otherwise called The World. The main difference between the two is that the Cosmic Being boss is based on a timer, whereas The World requires Dominion Shards.

Sailor Piece Cosmic Being

Cosmic Being, also known as Cosmic Garou, is one of the newest melee specs to be added to Sailor Piece. If you don’t know, this spec is based on Garou from the One Punch Man franchise, more specifically, his Cosmic form.

How to Get The Cosmic Being Melee Spec

Head to Punch Island to find the Cosmic Being NPC standing on a pink rooftop, who asks for the following requirements:

1.75% chance to drop from Cosmic Being (Boss)Increases your DMG by 95% when equipped
2x Monster Pulse
5.12% chance to drop from Cosmic Being (Boss)
12x Cosmic Essence
43.12% to  chance to drop from Cosmic Being (Boss)
5x Galaxy Shards
12.94% chance to drop from Cosmic Being (Boss)
8x Star Marks
22.37% chance to drop from Cosmic Being (Boss)

Cosmic Being Boss

Unlike some of the other bosses in Sailor Piece, all you have to do is wait patiently for the Cosmic Being boss to spawn. This boss spawns every 30 minutes on Punch Island, which is found on the Sea 2 map. The 30-minute timer starts once Cosmic Being has been defeated.

If you don’t feel like waiting around, you can join other servers in the hopes that the timer is shorter.

Whilst you don’t need a specific item to spawn Cosmic Being, that doesn’t make defeating him any easier. This is because he has a total of 500 billion HP and has four stages, each of which adds a buff, increasing the power of the boss even further.

These buffs are:

Stage 1 
He takes 50% less DMG
Stage 2
His HP increases by 10%
Stage 3
His DMG increases by 25%
Stage 4
His Movement Speed increases by 25%

How to Unlock the F Ability For Cosmic Being

As usual, the Cosmic Being spec has an F ability, which you need to unlock after obtaining the melee style itself. To do this, you need to speak with the Cosmic Being Master NPC on Punch Island. He requests you to:

Make it to Floor 90 or higher in the Infinite Tower a total of 5 times
Enter the Infinite Tower by teleporting to Tower Island and using the Tower Keys
Roll the Legendary rarity Astral Bloodline
You can use Bloodline Stones to reroll your Bloodline. These stones have a chance to drop from Sea 2 NPCs, and are 100% guaranteed to drop from the two Sea Beasts which spawn in the Open Sea and Deep Sea of the Sea 2 map
Defeat the Cosmic Being boss 15 times
