Whether you’re in the market for a time waster or looking to get stuck into your next long adventure, I’m here to tell you the BEST Roblox games you’ve never heard of.

My bold claim will hopefully give you new experiences to try out solo or with friends, ranging from fully-fledged RPGs to simple minigames, and more. Spoilers aside, let’s get into my top 5 list.

The Best Roblox Games You’ve Never Heard Of

Drumroll…

The Quest for the Legendary Bloxy Cola

A fantastical top-down RPG in the classic Robloxian style, The Quest for the Legendary Cola (Legendary Cola from now on) is story-rich and incredibly fun to traverse, uncover, and battle within.

After an artsy opening credit scene, you wake up soggy and confused on the shore of a small village. Assuming the role of yourself, you then head into town to meet the locals, which I’m sure they’re totally fine with.

A stranger, drenched head to boot with pungent salty water, glaring at them silently, prompting a conversation.

I’m sure it’s all fine.

After finding yourself in some conflict and enlisting your first teammate, you delve into the thick of the plot. Your new friend wants to find the Legendary Cola before anyone else, and as it happens theres a bit of an arms race for it. This is just like One Piece.

Legendary Cola thrusts you into a theatrical and noble quest to unveil this carbonated cola, revealing secrets, devastation, and exploring a vast world with strife and silly NPCs.

I absolutely love this game and its replay value. I can wholeheartedly say that it feels nostalgic, even if it’s your first time playing.

Broken Clocks Escape Room

Admittedly, I struggle with this game, which is both a skill issue and entirely what makes it so good.

Broken Clocks Escape Room does what it says on the tin. You (and friends, if you choose to play multiplier) are left in a world with no clues on how to escape and must scrape together passcodes and puzzles to find your way out.

Each world poses its own challenges between gimmicks, parkour, and brain-teasers, which gives Broken Clocks all of its charm. Theres nothing else quite like it on Roblox.

It’s tricky, but so very rewarding when you finally understand the motive. Broken Clocks Escape Room is also the ONLY game on Roblox where I’ve ever needed to jot down notes whilst I play so that I don’t forget things. It truly goes the extra mile in immersion.

Zoo or OOF

Zoo or OOF is a fun, rapid-style minigame with the classic brick models layered over everything. If you’ve played Block Tales, you’ll know what I’m talking about. Aside from the charming graphics, Zoo or OOF is such a fun pastime game.

In each new game, you and the other players are assigned a random animal via RNG, with one player taking the role of Zookeeper.

As the animals, you and your team must survive until the timer elapses, and as the Zookeeper, you must pacify all animals using your dart gun to take them back to the Zoo.

It’s fun no matter which role you assume, though I gotta say, trying to hide as a snake versus trying to hide as an elephant definitely alters the difficulty. ADDRESS ME

It’s basically a big game of hide and seek, with each round lasting 3 minutes. There are also cosmetics for both sides. As you play, you’ll earn cash to unlock new animal skins, zookeeper hats, and new zookeeper guns.

You know, in the time it took you to read this segment, you probably could’ve played a round of Zoo or OOF for yourself.

Fish.os

Fish.os spawned in on my feed one day, and whilst reminiscing on the good old days of Fisch, I booted it up. To my surprise, this pixelated game reminded me so fondly of old internet browser Flash games.

I know I’ve slung the word nostalgic around for other games, which I’m now just realising is a huge selling point for me when gaming, but Fish.os is the PERFECT game for uncs like me who want that early-internet gaming escapism feeling.

To play, you manage a bunch of statistical browsers and tabs to upgrade your equipment. It sounds chaotic, but it’s actually quite relaxing. Each click generates fish, which you can sell when the stock market is peaking for profits.

Invest your profits into your upgrades to earn even more fish, better equipment, and new utility. I’m sure you get the gameplay loop. It’s very Cookie Clicker-esque, but with an aquatic twist.

Attempt on Delivery

My final entry. If you’ve made it this far, first of all, thanks!

Attempt on Delivery is a parkour game, but it sells itself differently from the rinse and repeat obbies that constantly flood the homepage.

You’re a postal worker, aiming to deliver a package to a client without losing it. “It” being your wits or the package.

On the way up, you’ll meet a roster of fun and diverse NPCs with their own stories to tell, as well as explore vast and beautifully sculpted lands. All whilst stomping on the package to help you climb up ledges and steep terrain.

One of my favourite parts about Attempt on Delivery is the customisation. I LOVE achievement farming, and unlocking new outfits as I play is a huge motivator that gets me to return and try again, even amidst the frustration of occasional failure.

That’s a Wrap!

I’ve never been good at outros, but if you enjoyed this Feature, I highly recommend checking out our weekly updated Best Horror Games on Itch.io roster!

I’d also like to thank you for sticking with me. I hope you find a new game to play and love, and hey, maybe I’ll see you around in the servers!

Bye bye.
