Crimson Desert offers numerous skills across three main skill trees. Moreover, there are three playable characters and each one has a distinct line up of skills. Players can acquire the skills by using the Abyss Artifacts, which are obtained by completing challenges and eliminating enemies. It takes time to earn 2 to 3 Abyss Artifacts to enhance a skill, but there is a quick way to learn skills free of cost. This quick method comes under the “Watch and Learn” feature of the game. Throughout the vast regions of Pywel, there are numerous NPCs and enemies that will be showcasing unique skills. If players can observe the correct NPCs, they will unlock the respective skill right away. In this guide, we will tell you how to learn skills by observing NPCs and enemies in Crimson Desert.
How to Learn Skills by Observing NPCs and Enemies in Crimson Desert
The focus or observe action is done by holding the L1 button (PS5). You will use this action for numerous purposes, including greeting, speaking, holding the lantern, precision looking, learning recipes, reading notes, and observing the NPCs around you. If you walk by someone and your character starts looking at them and the L1 button prompts at the bottom of the screen, it means there is something important. It can be either a person asking for a request or someone performing a unique skill that you do not have.
To learn a new skill from NPCs and Enemies in Crimson Desert, all you have to do is to observe them by holding the L1. This will pop up a small text of “Learning in Progress”, and then you will automatically unlock the skill. This is the perfect method to save your Abyss Artifacts for enhancing the important stats like Stamina, Health, and Spirit. Moreover, you can utilize the Abyss Artifacts for refining your gear items to the best stats.
