Zatun has dropped the first teaser for its next project, a survival horror game called SCP: Project Pneuma. The indie studio is known for its previous titles like Down & Out and Sniper Rust VR. The game’s Steam page is now published, so you can add the game to your wishlist if you want to.

It’s a cinematic first-person survival horror game set inside the SCP universe. You encounter the story from the perspective of Dr. Alexander, who’s trying to survive a betrayal and evade deadly anomalies. Take a look at the first teaser trailer of SCP: Project Pneuma below.
The studio is working toward a late 2026 release
It’s a disaster scenario. Inside the game, I mean. Project Pneuma takes place after a catastrophic containment breach at Site-19. Things have spiralled far beyond control. As Alexander aka Alexie Kolchak, a junior researcher, you find yourself in the middle of the chaos.
Anomalies such as SCP-096, SCP-939, SCP-173, and SCP-239 roam freely through the facility. Amidst all that, Alexie has to move through dark hallways and damaged sections of the Foundation site. His job is to figure out what went wrong and how to make it out alive.
Of course, it’s evident from the name that the game builds on the SCP lore, pulling from the long-running community-driven mythos. Development is happening under the SCP Creative Commons license, following the collaborative approach that has kept the SCP community alive for years.
Storytelling relies on environmental clues, journals, and voice logs that gradually piece together what happened. Encounters with the horrific SCP entities require stealth, use of scarce resources, and quick decisions.
