The Briefcase is the second part of Barry’s Scavenger Hunt in RPD. It gives you the clues for unlocking a briefcase in the S.T.A.R.S. Office. Where to Find the Clues for RPD S.T.A.R.S. Office Briefcase – Resident Evil Requiem
The S.T.A.R.S. Office is on the second floor of the RPD. You can reach it through the Reception Room by entering a room with a ladder. Shoot the ladder down and go straight to enter the S.T.A.R.S. Office on the right. The briefcase is in the back room of the S.T.A.R.S. Office. To get the clues for the briefcase, you have to examine a few items.
The first item that you need to examine is Barry’s to-do list in the S.T.A.R.S. office. After that, head into Albert Wesker’s section inside the S.T.A.R.S. office and examine the desk drawer. Take a look at the Library Card. Now, leave the S.T.A.R.S. office and head to the library. Go up the stairs in the library and go to the other side. The book will appear on the bookshelf on the right. Examine the book and open it to find Rebecca’s Photo. Look at the back of the photo to get the “RRR” clue for the briefcase.
Unlock the Briefcase in the S.T.A.R.S. Office
After completing Barry’s Scavenger Hunt, you will earn the “Case Closed” achievement. Now that you have the code for the Briefcase, head back to the S.T.A.R.S. office. Go to the back room and interact with the briefcase in the locker. Enter the “RRR” code and confirm to open the briefcase. You will get the “Power Shades Charm” for the Requiem weapon.
The Power Shades Charm offers limitless bullet penetration and increases the firepower of the last bullet in the cylinder. It makes the Requiem weapon more powerful, making it ideal for boss fights.
