The Moose Hunt Quest Guide in Disney Dreamlight Valley

The Moose Hunt is a main story quest from Merlin in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It is the final quest in the series to unlock Pluto as a companion. After gathering all six mementoes by helping out different villagers, the Moose Hunt quest will begin automatically. The Moose Hunt Quest Walkthrough – Disney Dreamlight Valley

Starting the Quest

The Mosse Hunt quest starts automatically after gathering all mementoes by completing the following quests.

Create A Bear (Sadness Level 10 Friendship Quest)

Wild, Wild Wishes (Jasmine Level 10 Friendship Quest)

A Very Merry Unbirthday (Alice Level 10 Friendship Quest)

A Guide to Better Castle-Keeping (Cogsworth Quest)

A Dream Come True (Cinderella Friendship Level 7 Quest)

A Curious Dish (Lady Friendship Quest)

As the quest starts, speak with Merlin to see what he knows about the mementoes.

Gather the items for Merlin’s Memento spell

After speaking with Merlin, you need to gather the following items.

10x Vitalys Crystal: Mine the nodes in the Vitalys Mines

15x Stone: Pick up the stone from the Valley or mine the rock nodes.

In addition to these items, you must have all mementoes in your inventory. Check your storage boxes to put the following mementoes in your inventory.

Pluto’s Collar

Once done, go to Vitalys Mines in Sunlit Plateau and meet with Merlin to give him all items and mementoes.

Follow Mickey to the Portal

After speaking with Merlin, follow Mickey in the mines as he searches for the portal. Upon finding the portal, you will spot Pluto. Speak with Mickey, and Pluto will come out of the portal.

Equip Pluto as a Companion

After speaking with Mickey, open the wardrobe and navigate to the companions section to select Pluto as a current companion. Now, you will be able to interact with Pluto. Head back to Merlin and tell him about Pluto’s return.

Place the Memento Display Shelf

After speaking with Merlin, head out of the Vitalys Mines. Open the furniture mode and select the Memento Display Shelf to place it anywhere in the Valley. Once done, celebrate the end of the Memento saga with everyone. After taking a photograph with everyone, speak with Merlin to conclude the quest.
