A Curious Dish Quest Guide in Disney Dreamlight Valley

A Curious Dish is a Friendship quest for Lady in Disney Dreamlight Valley. It is the third quest in a series to complete the memory and unlock Pluto. This quest becomes available after completing the Life’s a Meatball quest, in which you will reveal the second part of the memory. The spaghetti storm is on the rise again, and you must search the ponds and rivers for Shiny Tomato to solve the mystery of the Dog Collar. In this guide, we will walk you through the A Curious Dish quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

A Curious Dish Quest Walkthrough – Disney Dreamlight Valley

Starting the Quest

To start the A Curious Dish quest, you must find a strange Shiny Tomato. The Shiny Tomato will appear in a pond in the Peaceful Meadow biome. The tomato will be sticking out of the gold ripple. However, make sure that you have completed the Life’s a Meatball quest; otherwise, the tomato will not spawn. As you fish out the Shiny Tomato, the A Curious Dish quest will start automatically.

Talk to Lady and ask a chef or a wizard about the Shiny Tomato

After starting the quest, go and speak with Lady about the strange Shiny Tomato. The Lady will ask you to speak to a chef or a wizard to learn more about it. You can go and speak with Tiana, Remy, or Merlin about the Shiny Tomato. After speaking with any of the villagers, the quest will update.

Fish out more Shiny Tomatoes

Now, you need to fish out 5 more Shiny Tomatoes around the Valley. Search the Peaceful Meadow, Forest of Valor, and Glade of Trust biomes for the Shiny Tomatoes. You will find 1 more in Peaceful Meadow, 2 in Forest of Valor, and 2 in Glade of Trust. Fortunately, the Shiny Tomato is easy to spot. Look for a gold ripple with a tomato sticking out.

After fishing out all the Shiny Tomatoes, bring them to Lady. Lady will hand you over a Shiny Tomato Sauce.

Cook the Memorable Spaghetti and Meatballs

Now, head to any cooking station and add the following ingredients to the pot.

1x Rolling Spaghetti: A reward from completing the Spaghetti Incident quest.

1x Magical Meatballs: A reward from completing the Life’s a Meatball quest.

1x Shiny Tomato Sauce: Given to you by Lady.

After adding all three ingredients, start cooking to make a Memorable Spaghetti and Meatballs dish. Now, head back to Lady and Tramp’s House to give the dish to Lady.

Pick up the Memory and Shiny License

A memory will appear on the floor. Pick up the memory to view it and solve the mystery. It is the memory of Pluto’s License. After viewing the memory, a license will appear on the floor. Pick it up as well and show the license to Lady.

Reassemble the Well-Worn Dog Collar and Pluto’s License

Now, head to any crafting station to reassemble the Well-Worn Dog Collar and Pluto’s License. You can find the recipe under the Functional Items tab. Once done, show Pluto’s Collar to Lady to conclude the quest.

Rewards

Completing the A Curious Dish quest rewards a Saucery Extract (furniture item) in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
