Critters and Compassion Quest Guide in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Critters and Compassion is the final Realm quest for Lady in Disney Dreamlight Valley. This quest begins automatically after completing the Meatballs quest for Tramp. The Lady does not want to leave the critters stuck in the pound. You must find a way to free the critters. Talk to Lady and Re-order the Jumbled Memory

As the quest begins, go back to Lady and the Tramp’s Realm. Go to the backside of Tony’s Restaurant to find Lady. Speak with Lady to learn that she wants to free the critters from the dog pound. After speaking with the Lady, a puzzle orb will appear in the alley. Interact with the puzzle orb to start the “Most Precious Present” puzzle. It is a similar puzzle to solving memories in the Storybook Vale expansion. Arrange the puzzle pieces correctly to complete the memory and solve the puzzle.

Talk to Lady and Go Back Inside the Dog Pound

After solving the puzzle, speak with the Lady about the fond memory. It will cheer her up, and she will ask you to go to the dog pound. Head over to the dog pound building and interact with the ladder to go inside. Once inside, speak with Lady to work out an escape plan for the critters. Now, open the camera and take a picture of the lock. After that, leave the dog pound and speak with Lady again.

Collect 5 Giant Cheeses and Cook Magical Melted Cheese

Head to the main street, and you need to collect 5 giant cheeses in the realm.

Massive Mozzarella: In the back alley of Tony’s Restaurant.

Gorgeous Gorgonzola: In the back alley next to the Realm door.

Perfect Parmesan: On the main street outside Tony’s Restaurant.

Fabulous Fontina: On the main street outside the Hardware Store.

Astounding Asiago: In the back alley next to the Realm door.

After gathering all 5 giant cheeses, go to the cooking station behind Tony’s Restaurant. Add all give cheeses to the cooking pot to cook Magical Melted Cheese.

Craft the Cheese Key

Now, go to Lady and ask her if she has any extra crafting materials to craft the key. She will give you the metal parts. Once done, go to the crafting station and craft the Cheese Key.

Return to the Dog Pound and Free the Critters

Now, go back to the dog pound and speak with the Lady. Once done, use the cheese key on the lock to open the cell door. After opening the cell door, speak with Lady again. Walk over to the dog bed and interact with it. Once done, speak with Lady again to share your experience.

Exit the Realm

Head out of the dog pound to see massive spaghetti walls in the realm. You need to equip the Substitute Snout to find your way through the maze. Moreover, you must use the pickaxe to break the spaghetti sticks along the way to clear the path. Follow the scent and break through to the realm exit. Once at the exit, speak with Lady.

Return to Dreamlight Valley and Welcome Lady

Now, exit the realm and go out of the Dream Castle to welcome Lady. Take a picture with Lady and speak with her to see if she remembers the Valley. Once the conversation ends, the Critters and Compassion quest will conclude.
